In the digitalised age, social media has become the new past time for people of all ages, specially youngsters. Hardly anyone reads books. People have tend to forgotten the benefits of reading.

Reading has been found to reduce stress up to 68%, outranking listening to music at 61%.
Who is a bibliophile? A bibliophile is a person who loves and frequently read books. They are not just smart, but also wise.

Mental Exercise - Reading is an excellent way to keep your mind active. Research says that reading is a good way to reduce stress. Reading makes us more creative and open minded.

Knowledge Enhancement - Books are the best way to acquire knowledge. Not everything can be learned by tablets and other gadgets. Reading from the traditional books is the best way.

Increases Vocabulary - Reading is the best way to develop a great vocabulary. Having a good command over our language develops our personality.

Reduces Stress - Reading reduces stress to a great level and also helps fight depression symptoms.

Improves Focus - Technology has made our focus and concentration level very low. By reading, it can be improved.

A person who reads, has a high level of imagination. Research also says that people who read, live longer.
